CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Regional Veterans Affairs Benefit Office is hosting a public conference, “What to do when the VA says ‘No,'” Thursday, June 25, 5-7 p.m., at the Cuyahoga Community College Western Campus Theater, 11000 Pleasant Valley Road, in Parma.

The event will provide information regarding the claims and appeals process for veterans’ benefits. VA staff members also will be available to accept claims and provide status updates on pending claims.

Due to construction, the Pleasant Valley Road entrance to the campus is closed. Visitors can use the entrance from York Road.

Nationally, every VA facility is hosting quarterly town hall meetings to solicit feedback from the public.
